Documentation for port mapping

How does the "Internal Port Mapping" and "External Port Mapping" work? Would be good to have examples and limitations.

@KapilAnanth-MSFT Can you do port mapping by using Internal/External Port mapping? How does it work? It's not mentioned in the documentation. See picture, last two columns:
