Baseline download for Azure SQL Database points to ASB v1.1 file, baseline documentation itself is v2.0

The download link for the baseline file still points to the ASB v1.0 baseline. The underlying library doesn't appear to have the v2.0 baseline file that reflects the current documentation. Hi, @matt-buchanan. Both the baseline and the excel spreadsheet have been updated to the latest version of the benchmark, the Microsoft cloud security benchmark version 1.0. The baseline is https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/security/benchmark/azure/baselines/azure-sql-security-baseline and the spreadsheet link now points to https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/SecurityBenchmarks/blob/master/Azure%20Offer%20Security%20Baselines/3.0/azure-sql-azure-security-benchmark-v3-latest-security-baseline.xlsx.
