Update document to reflect that traceroute is not allowed over Site to Site VPN
In Azure Case 2211110030000416 support advised that S2S VPN does not support traceroute, please update this document to include that traceroute is not supported/allowed over S2S VPN and so traffic will be dropped for traceroute
