Exhaustivity and precision of the "Supporting services" table

Is the "Supporting Services" table exhaustive in term of CMK usage ?

Also, some clarification and correction about which services can use CMK with AKV Managed HSM should be made: i.e. Azure Monitor Log Analytics is supporting CMK with Managed HSM (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/logs/customer-managed-keys?tabs=portal).
