Missing information on artifact migration, Microsoft DevOPS automation...etc

This article could be improved. It's missing instructions on moving notebooks/artifacts between environments. It also mentions GITHUB actions for some of the automation piece but doesn't talk about or show how to setup anything using DevOPS.
