confusion about how to calculate the credit per hour;

Open daisygithuba opened this issue 2 years ago • 1 comments

[Enter feedback here] based on the example it provided, for a B16 with 16 CPU, to use 80% vCPU for a hour, it would require 606 credit, however, based on the formula: 1 Credits accumulated/credits used in an hour is equivalent to: ((Base CPU perf of VM - CPU Usage) / 100) * 60 minutes. ( (270% - 80% x 16 ) /100 ) * 60 = -6.06

it's either the formula is wrong with "/" instead it should be "x 100", or the example is giving the wrong figure. Please let me know if my understanding is not correct. Thanks.

@iamwilliew Can you work with the sizes team to double check the math for the B-series?
