Environment in pending state forever
I get the following error when running az devcenter dev environment delete:
(EnvironmentActionInProgress) An action is already in progress for this environment. Wait for the current action to complete and try again. Code: EnvironmentActionInProgress Message: An action is already in progress for this environment. Wait for the current action to complete and try again.
Just wanted to give this feedback.
I believe the inconsistent state started when I tried to switch an existing environment to another catalog item.

I'd like to know a little more about your experiences with Azure Deployment Environments so I can better determine how to enhance the documentation.
- Do you still note an inconsistent state occurring when you perform actions like switching an existing environment to another catalog item?
- Are there other error messages you feel would benefit from further explanation?
