Known Issues not very helpful

I have tried to use the new task but I am not getting the Code Coverage tab come up. I am finding the comment "check whether the input code coverage xml file is in the correct format and has the valid details" not very helpful. I am not sure what is going on at all here, it is producing the html files but no tab. How do I know if it is in the "correct" format and the details are "valid"?
