Update notes

Dear team, In this PR, I did the following changes:

• Added bullets in the notes
• the first bullet is the existing note
• the second bullet is a clear description of different scopes for a feed and to be cautious to the npmrc file.

These changes are proposed so as to make this documentation clearer as the terms related to 'Scope' is not well explained.
