Contact Support Option Requires Log In

This text from the page is not very useful:

"Contact support If you still have problems with log in, open a support ticket in the App Center portal. We would be more than happy to assist with your issue."

If I am unable to log in then I am also unable to open a support ticket in the App Center portal. Please provide an alternative support path that does not require a log in. If one already exists, then it should be more obvious.
