Preview, GA, V0.1 ?!?

customers, somewhat rightfully, ask whether this API should be considered preview or not. while the doc does not indicate any preview status, the swagger page (openapi.appcenter.ms) shows v0.1 and the swagger url seems to indicate "preview" as the "version string".

pls clarify in the doc to keep API and doc clearly inline w.r.t. API release status.
