Windows Admin Center is the modern evolution of "in-box" management tools, like Server Manager and MMC.

You should expect similar functionality to those in Server Manager and MMC. If you want to configure multiple devices simultaneously, use the intended tools (GP, SCCM, Intune, Powershell remoting via script) for purpose.
