Only the first 50 VMs are listed in Add dialog for Azure VMs

Gateway Version: 2110.2 1.3.2204.19002 Extension Version n/a

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to WAC All Connections, Click Add in the upper left
  2. In the Azure VMs resouce, click Add
  3. Click Sign In (if it appears)
  4. Choose Your Subscription, and Resource Group
  5. Click the arrow to choose a VM
  6. Only the first 50 VMs are listed

Expected behavior All the VMs should be listed, in my case we have over 150
