WAC breaks other web pages served by the computer it is loaded on

//localhost/cgi/multimon.cgi (a web page that monitors APC UPSes) now returns "Your connection isn't private Attackers might be trying to steal your information from localhost (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID"

https://localhost:13569 (a web page showing statistics for Condusiv's DymaxIO software) now returns "Hmmm… can't reach this page It looks like localhost closed the connection"

I have not figured out how to restore them to operational status.
