[WAC, GUI] - Administrators to edit tags for shared connections from server connections screen

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When shared server connections are used, it's currently not possible to edit server tags from the server connections screen.

Currently, if you are viewing the server connections list and you notice a server should have an additional tag, you have to open the settings and find that specific connection in the shared connections list.

Describe the solution you'd like Instead of being greyed-out, administrators should have the option to click the 'edit tags' link and be granted the ability to edit the tags on the shared connections (including multi-select)
