Unable to remove "Azure Monitor" from tools

Gateway Version: 1.3.2204.19002

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. connect to a server
  2. look at the tools panel

Expected behavior This system is entirely offline - no connection at all to azure or even ability to update online. I would expect to be able to remove all extensions related to azure (because they simply clutter the interface without being of any use because this system will never be azure integrated). However the tool 'Azure Monitor' does not appear to relate to any similarly named extension in the installed extensions list. Other azure tools can be removed by removing extensions with the Azure prefix.
