Co-Organizers - Meetings using view-only experience

"The organizer will always be guaranteed space in the main meeting."

Now that the 'co-organizer' feature has been released, it is unclear whether or not the ability to join even when the meeting is full applies to them.

Can this document be updated to explicitly state one way or the other?
