Email notification of Audio Conferencing and Calling plan's pool utilization at 80% and 100%.
"Email notifications will be sent to the following admins when the utilization of your organization's dial-out minutes pool has reached 80 percent and 100 percent:"
I believe this is also applicable for Calling Plan's pool usage as well. If so, it would be nice to have this noted for customers.
Thank you for your time!

Hello @TeamsTechBear How are you? This is noted in this article, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/what-are-communications-credits
I'm doing good @get-itips, how about you?
I see how it could be interpreted if you look at both articles side by side and assume that it works like that but I don't see anything that specifically mentions that at 80% and 100% of Calling plans minute usage that those admins will get emails. Below is the important parts but I don't see any mention of Calling Plans or at what percentage we send out other than when it comes to Calling Plans charges.
It would be nice for when we help customers on the Microsoft FastTrack to point them to when they'll know about their usage of minutes so they can talk/think about setting up Communication Credits.
"Important notifications related to the Communication Credits balance of your organization will be sent to the following admins:"
"You will be sent emails to all users with Lync Service Administrator, Company Administrator, Billing Administrator, Company Administrator, User Account Administrator, Helpdesk Administrator, Service Support Administrator, Billing Administrator, Lync Service Administrator, Device Administrators, Application Administrator, License Administrator, Cloud Device Administrator, Authentication Administrator, Privileged Authentication Administrator, Teams Communications Administrator, Teams Communications Support Engineer, Teams Communications Support Specialist, Teams Administrator admin roles, when recharge transactions succeed, recharge transactions fail (such as an expired credit card), and or your Communications Credits balance reaches 0 (zero)."
Thank You for your time!
Thanks for sharing your point of view, I'll analyze if something is missing in the documentation and get back @TeamsTechBear
Thank you @get-itips
