Privacy and Diagnostic Data Being Collected
[I am a bit disappointed in the lack of transparency regarding the data being collected from users. Regardless of whether you share or collect customer e-mail addresses or names, you collect the IP address; how is this less, invasive? I do not believe the Public should have to do your job because you lack the confidence to put out software that doesn't need to be updated every 5-minutes. If your employees used and reported on your software on a daily basis, why do you need to collect and monitor user data? The reasons that you are providing for the constant interference in use of your product(s) is getting old and non-nonsensical. In addition to my concerns with your confidence in your product, I am more concerned with your forced infringement on my privacy. If I do not want updates, why don't I have the option to refuse? Why can't I refuse to allow my data to be collected? I believe that as a consumer, once I have purchase a product, I should have the right to control whether the product should be altered. I do not believe that it is fair that you are selling products to the public and not being honest about what goes along with the purchase. Your Policies are not transparent and your use and sharing of the data you are collecting is concerning.]

@Awkwardangel2020. Madam, the current document said, collection of data is optional only, but you control by Group policy editor and by windows settings and by registry settings.
Once upon a time, I controlled that collection of data

I'd like to add Optional & Required Diagnostic Data to my privacy in Office before the Restart but can't figure out how to!
These updates have greatly enhanced many fine features you do get a terms of service and privacy letter I'm sorry for your inconvenience I am only one person please see Microsoft terms of use or customer service.πππ
Sir- respectfully that is your opinion. However- yesterday after turning off my computer, at restart I was forced once again to update without any option to decline Windows intrusion. I am an advocate for children and the fact that your softwareβs interference with my ability to provide charitable services is shameful. Your forced updates have crashed 2 laptops, cost money I cannot afford with so many trips to Best Buy I had to finally buy a Geek Squad subscription. I honestly do not know why you believe your rights to my computer extend beyond the purchase. Too much overreach is never a good thing for capitalism to thrive. Spectemur Agendo!
