Input Extensibility Documentation

We need better documentation around custom inputs. Specifically, we need to cover:

• How to hook up inputs so they are gathered by submit.
• How to hook into input validation.
• How labels are handled (In UWP, at least, they're added by the renderer library and not by the custom renderer)
