AuthCallback throws exception only in Telegram channel

Hi!

The v1 sample works fine on Emulator/WebChat and Facebook channels but fails to callback on Telegram after a successful sign in:

I tested this and couldn't repro. From the error it looks like you have a configuration problem with your bot ID.

Update: This apparently is an ongoing issue with the bot framework. We're asking them to prioritize this. Thanks

Sorry for the delay. I've been told there's currently a bug with Bot Framework and Telegram which blocks it from sending proactive messages on that particular channel. This is the root cause of this issue. We're awaiting for a fix to come
