Missing eccx08_ecdsa

Fixed by adding this to eccx08_eckey_meth.c extern ECDSA_METHOD * eccx08_ecdsa;

Technically the fix would be this:

EC_METHOD_set_name(eccx08_ec, "ATECCX08 METHODS");

Generally it's boilerplate that should only affect debugging of the structures (i.e. the name field will not be as expected).
