Hi there, How do you know the contig is linear or circular because the linear and circular contigs receive the same score of 500, as shown in the test folder?

My output '.tsv' file shows the contig name and 500 for the 'alignment score' like it does in the test outfile ('juliaout.tsv'),which I removed the line that removes this file so that I could check my output is correct. ex:

Station209_SUR_ALL_assembly_NODE_687_length_63472_cov_8.871328	500
Station188_DCM_ALL_assembly_NODE_476_length_61507_cov_5.245590	500

How do I know if the contig is linear or circular?
