Node v14 is ~EOL so we won't expect this to work going forward. We should revisit whether or not we should block users from creating function apps with this runtime.

[Suggestion] It would be better to change the "Downloaded to 'Users/...'. Succeeded" to the "Download to 'Users/...'. Succeeded" in the `Azure: Activity Log` window

We should remove the 'ed' from 'downloaded' and also remove the extra period as well.
