can not delete device and entities after deinstallation

After deinstallation, all the devices and sensors are left in the configuration. All the entries are still visible in the config/.storage/core.device_registry and core.entity_registry

Removal of devices and entities via the GUI is not possible

How do remove the device and entities in home assistant after deinstallation? (without manual edit of the core. files)
