Can I use this in a HA installation without supervisor?

Hi, I'd like to use this component in my HA installation but I'm running HA as a docker installation on a raspberry Pi 4. There is no supervisor, so I cannot use add-ons. Is there a docker file for Linux (raspberry PI OS) on arm ? If not, can I create one and if so, how? Thx
