HA Core Energy setup

is there a quick guide on setting up the options for the energy setup. I have heaps of options for solar production which I can't read the whole string as it's too long. then the rest of the options. what do. search for each? tia.

btw this is the only option I have found that as been successful! all I need it the ability is to add to a docker? any help? rpi4
