Support additional status messages on cover

in the current implementation the cover function block only supports a 'OPEN' and 'CLOSED' status message. This should be extended so the additional status messages 'OPENING', 'CLOSING' and 'STOPPED' are also supported.

this results in a better frontend user experience in HomeAssistant.
