CUDA support

Hi,

I'm wondering whether this lib is compatible with sparse matrix of CUDA.jl. I'm expecting the calculation and output of kron are both on gpu.

HI, I am afraid I haven't experimented with CUDA.jl and Kronecker.jl. I assume they would work with some minimal adjustments?
