How to change the datepicker javascript component to manage datetimes with timezone like 2020-08-10T04:10:00+02:00 ? Thanks

In HTML5, datetime with timezone is no longer supported: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/input/datetime#:~:text=The%20HTML%20%3Cinput%20type%3D%22,no%20longer%20supported%20in%20browsers.

As such, there is no built-in control to support it. If you need to, you will have to find a JavaScript control and customize the XSLT-sheet.
