Python and Stuck on "Connecting..."

First, Python simply won't work, replying with the attached message. pyhtonerror Next, it just gets stuck on "Connecting..." Lastly, what are the selections that i left with 1, 2 and 3s? (The ones i haven't modified.) dis

I may just be an idiot, and I really don't know python that well.
