Countess Drop information

Firstly thank you for the great resource.

It seems to show that Lum and Ko are Hell rune drops, however, I see a lot of other references that these are dropped from nightmare Countess.

The regular Nightmare drop is El to Ko, with 0-3 bonus drops of El to Io The regular Hell drop is El to Lo, with 0-3 bonus drops of El to Ist

I believe the table only mentions the Countess's special rune drop table, not her normal monster drop table which is almost irrelevant as the drop chance is so low.
