Probably, and there is a library now that uses the same code and should solve various issues, and indeed it works well with normal modules but I failed to use it for AAR library module and the developers there locked the conversation too soon without letting me verify if what they provided helps: https://github.com/LSPosed/LSParanoid/issues/8
