Ignore yaml frontmatters

Pandoc gives the ability to put metadata blocks which are really handy. mdr chokes on them and the result is very meh. It would be nice if they could be ignored (or used for something). Hiding this behind an option would be fine.

Quick note to mention that yaml frontmatters aren’t actually Pandoc specific. Hugo, Jekyll, and probably others use them. Some editors like Zettlr can detect them and take them into account.
