Attempts counter shouldn't be decremented on reset

A run that ends up getting scrubbed is still considered an "attempt" at a run and resetting the run shouldn't cause the attempts count to be decremented. I'm not sure how many would disagree with this thinking, but if there are some out there, then maybe it can be optional (with the option stored per file).
