Add-ADDBSidHistory: Context to the removal of the cmdlet

The release notes of 4.15 state:

The Add-ADDBSidHistory cmdlet has been removed to prevent it from being used in migration scenarios.

Could you go into a bit more detail why the cmdlet was removed? I'd like to understand the reasoning :)
