Include examples of setting UI drawables from ColorArt colors

Not so much a bug, more a doc feature request. It would be useful to include some examples of using ColorArt to set the color of other Android UI elements.

E.g., see https://github.com/nikclayton/android-squeezer/commit/6ba7f1d22eaaad8e7806e7ab08d6c2cc0b872a9a (lines 1310 onwards) for an example of how to adjust the colors on a ProgressBar (track, and thumb) based on the colors determined by ColorArt.
