Problems with android.support.v4.widget.scrollercompat

hello so i have set up my packages and everything is lined up it seems but for this 1 part.

there appears to be a problem calling the .from(Context context) function for the scrollerCompat. is there a different method for scrollerCompat to still get the same result?

im a beginner programmer, no pro by any means, but im trying to learn and this is my first go
