Controls not working after after using OS switch script

After adding GPiCase key support under Raspbian and using the OS script to switch from one OS to the other, the GPi keys don't work and require a reboot, this despite killing xboxdrv in the Raspbian OS switch script. This might have been caused from updating Retropie, as opposed to from adding xboxdrv, need more testing. The work around is to just restart the system again.

• [ ] test if issue still happens if xboxdrv is not started on boot on Retropie, and then the OS script is used to switch to Retropie, if controls work, the issue is caused by something xboxdrv does. If controls don't work it might be something to do with Retropie update.
