Iris.PlotLines, Iris.PlotHistogram

I've worked on Iris.ProgressBar for this, and I'm happy that it's in a working state, suitable for release. Since the last release was some time ago, I think it would be ideal to leave Iris.PlotHistogram and Iris.PlotLines to the next release and get this update out now.

Instead of using EditableImages, I'm going to experiment with Path2D to implement the lines since it should be faster.

It seems like Path2D are limited and broken at the moment. It might be best to just use regular frames rotated to the correct angle.

PlotHistogram Progress on the Histogram is going well. I've added a baseline argument which sets where it splits between positive and negative. I'm wondering whether to give the option of adding a y-axis? Or would that be best saved for another time?
