[Feature] Download conpletion notifications

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When starting a torrent from my phone, it's usually because i want to download something relatively time-sensitive, otherwise I'd wait until I get to my computer. As such having the option to be notified when a torrent is finished downloading (or have a persistent notification with download progress) would be greatly appreciated.

Describe the solution you'd like Coming from NZBget on Android, I'd like features similar to the torrent management there: When you begin to download, you're given the option to receive a notification once the download completes. NZBget also provides a progress bar as a notification, but i'm not sure to what extent this could be implemented on iOS... Live Activity perhaps? Though the most important part is still the notif once the download completes.

Describe alternatives you've considered Currently I just tab back to QBitControl every X minutes to see where it's at, the only other alternative solution i can imagine here would be another dedicated app or some convoluted siri shortcut

Additional context As I said, I'm coming from NZBget on Android, which I think had great torrenting functionality, though truly any way you'd like to implement completion notifications, I'd be thrilled to see :)
