[BUG] Can't connect to server with self signed certificate

Describe the bug After installing the app with feather and trying to add a qbittorrent-nox v4.5.2 with self signed certificate I can't connect.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the app
2. Try to add a new connection with self signed certificate
3. Invalid server information. Can't connect to the server.

Expected behavior Add successfully the server
