[Feature] Add rss auto download

RSS Downloader

	Create rules to automatically download torrents based on filters.
	Support for including or excluding keywords in torrent names.
	Use wildcards (e.g., *) for flexible pattern matching.

Set priorities for different rules. Automatic assignment of categories and save locations for downloads.

I might add this, but there are still a few bugs with the RSS, so I will focus on them first
