I postpone this to v6.24. Want to release v6.23 soon since there are important changes done for Jessie systems and PHP7.3 upgrade. This needs to be released better sooner than later.

DietPi-Globals G_DIETPI-NORIFY uses variables internally already. Other scripts like CPU info however apply color codes themselves for at least some of their output.
