stats.html (DietPi OS stats & comparison) isn't updated to show the latest release date of the competitors

There have been quite a few releases by Raspberry Pi OS e.g. the most recent release date for raspberry pi os is 13-05-2025 and the stats.html page should be updated to reflect the same.

That would be optimal. On the other hand it costs time to flash images and run the script and hack all data into the HTML document. The question is whether there were significant changes in the meantime which make it reasonable to take away development time for updating this comparison page 🤔.
