Shorter insert depth

I am developing a system which requires soil moisture sensing for soil that's only 4cm/5cm deep. The current size of sensor is too long, so I have used the schematic to come up with a PCB for a shorter sensor (see pics). However, I am new to programming the ATtiny441 and I would need to work with someone to help me get it up and running with the programmer source code. I would happily do the work required to put a README up for subsequent developers wanting to do a similar thing, and when the unit is successfully tested, I'll make the PCB layout available.
