Some interface rendering errors
Describe the bug When the night mode is turned on in the win11 system, it is found that the OBS-studio installation boot interface and the file transfer interface are all black. Even if Mica for everyone is restored to the default settings, it cannot be used.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'Global Rule'
- select mode 'mica' and 'slight round'
- See error
Expected behavior The interface is all black, and it is impossible to see any text descriptions, warnings, prompts, or other information clearly.
