"PINemHi" crashes after autostart

Sometimes "PINemHI" crashes after startup (Automatic Administrator mode). I can always reproduce this crash when I scroll over table "Surf n Safari (Gottlieb 1991)". Therefore I have hidden this table....

The ability to start a selected table only after inserting a coin (credit) would give the coin option a real practical use.

Table selection can stutter on weaker hardware when scrolling through the menue - especially if (multi-)video previews of the tables are enabled. It would be helpful to have a function...
