[Feature Request] Joystick on keyboard cursors + left Crtl

Hi there again,

This is a small request, which I believe shouldn't be hard to do and would make the core more enjoyable with joystick simulation on the keyboard. Currently, we have NumPad for joystick simulation on the keyboard, which is a fantastic idea. But would it be possible to have joystick on keyboard cursors + left Ctrl, please? It's much more ergonomic for playing sessions, and MAME uses that combination too.
