Playback speed does not persist after manually changing it in uYou 3.0.3

I updated from uYou 3.0.1 to 3.0.3, and now every video plays at 1.0x playback speed even after I manually change to 2.0x playback speed

If default playback speed is set to 1.5x, then every video plays at 1.5x playback speed, overwriting any previous setting. The tweak seems to not remember what you changed the playback speed to

Previously on uYou 3.0.1, if I manually set video to play at 2.0x playback speed, any videos I played afterwards would continue to be at 2.0x playback speed

I am changing the playback speed by:

1. while playing a video
2. tap the settings cog on the top right of the video
3. tap playback speed
4. tap 2x
